Prices 2019, without city tax

Choose your own kind of accomodation (room or bed in dormitory) including bed linen and WiFi. Add additional extras you need – like breakfast, towels and so on. So you have a direct influence on the price for accomodation that you have to pay.

  THe City council of Bonn has introduced a City tax for non-business travellers. Every Guest who is not staying for business, job or vacational education has to pay 5% Citytax of the accommodation rate.

   

  If you are staying for business, job or vocational education you can avoid this tax by filling out a special form.

   

  Self-employed: Please -DOWNLOAD- the form No. 3 „Erklärung zu aus beruflichen Gründen veranlassten Beherbergungen für Gewerbetreibende und Freiberufler“, fill it out and present it during check in.

   

  Employed: Please -DOWNLOAD- the form No. 2 „Erklärung zu aus beruflichen Gründen veranlassten Beherbergungen für abhängig Beschäftigte“, fill it out and present it during check in.

   

  Important: In addition you need a confirmation of your employer where he confirms your name, date of birth, day of arrival and departure and that your stay is for business, job or vocational education reason.

   

  This letter also needs to be signed by your employer. An invitation for a congress or educational program complys with these requirements as well. If the booking is made directly by the employer (company mail adress) for the employee an additional confirmation is also not needed.

   

  Please present all this during check in. Without these forms and confirmations a tax examption is not possible. If you have questions please call: 0228 772370 (monday to thursday. 8am until 4pm and friday 8am until noon).

• Bed linen is always included. Due to hygenic reasons the use of sleeping bags is not allowed.

• We accept VISA-, Master- and Maestro- and EC-Cards.

• Late check in after 20:00h (8 pm): There is a service charge of 5,00 € for checking in outside our reception hours. For late check ins the use of our bed linen is obligatory.
• The prices may vary according to the season, e.g. carnival, festivals etc. We recommend to take out a travel cancelation insurance.
